All Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), including organizations with a University-Affiliated designation, must complete Annual Registration each academic year to remain active and officially recognized by the University. Recognition allows organizations to access resources, services, and opportunities available to registered student organizations.
As part of registration process, organizations will update important information such as their organization profile, officer and membership rosters, and advisor information. The incoming President, Vice President, or Treasurer must complete the registration form on behalf of the organization and acknowledge the organization's commitment to following University policies and expectations. Organizations must also complete required Risk Management and Financial Literacy as apart of the registration process.
Sport Clubs complete their annual registration through Campus Recreation, while Fraternity & Sorority (FSL) chapters complete registration through the Fraternity & Sorority Life office. If your organization is a Sport Club or FSL chapter, please follow the registration process provided by your respective department.
