Coordinator, Fraternity and Sorority Life
The Coordinator, Fraternity & Sorority Life is a professional who has specialization in fraternity & sororities (FSL) and additionally contributes to all units in Student Involvement & Engagement which includes campus organizations and serves as a department liaison to several campus departments, and will be staff lead for significant programmatic responsibility in FSL. The coordinator is the University advisor for one to two of the five FSL governing councils: Interfraternity Council (IFC), Multicultural Greek Council (MGC), National Pan- Hellenic Council (NPHC) or Panhellenic Council (PHC), and the Fraternity & Sorority Life Programming Board and will assist with the department’s assessment initiatives. This position will also assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engagement efforts and outreach initiatives.
Coordinator, Operations & Assessment
The Coordinator for Operations and Assessment in the department of Student Involvement and Engagement (SI&E) oversees campus access initiatives. This role ensures adherence to policies and procedures while supporting student success. Additional responsibilities include managing business operations for the Bobcat Organization Hub, assisting with Market Days, providing support for department assessment activities, coordinating student travel forms, and overseeing policy-related forms and campus access requests in collaboration with the LBJSC event management team. This position will report directly to the Associate Director for Operations and Assessment.
Coordinator, Student Organization Development and Administration
The Coordinator for Student Organization Development and Administration, in the department of Student Involvement and Engagement (SI&E), is responsible for assisting the Senior Coordinator in developing and implementing campus-wide programming efforts aimed at promoting development, education, and connectedness among student organization leaders, members, and advisors. This role involves supporting the supervision and development of student employees, assisting with funding allocations and purchases, and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. The position reports to the Senior Coordinator for Student Organization Development and Administration.
