Media Content Request Form

This Media Content Request form is intended for the office of Student Involvement and Engagement and its staff. Only requests made by SIE Staff will be reviewed and/or approved. 

All requests should be made in a timely manner to ensure the quality and completion of your request. 

Prospective Timeline for Requests and Marketing/Communication (may vary by project)

  • 2 Months Out - Request is submitted
    • Week 1 - Follow up/Consultation with project coordinator and initial development
    • Week 2 - Content development 
    • Week 3 - Review, edits and changes
    • Week 4 - Content finalized and returned to project coordinator
  • 1 Month Out from Event/Program - Content is finalized
    • Weekly - Support with marketing and communication
    • Marketing and communication concludes by or just after the completion of event/program
