Bobcats LEAD Retreat is an overnight two-day retreat for emerging leaders to learn foundational leadership skills and meet a network of other students. The Bobcats LEAD Retreats are our gateway event to our Bobcats LEAD Pathways curriculum, a three-step leadership certificate opportunity to help emerging leaders strengthen their skills and find leadership opportunities at Texas State.
The Bobcats LEAD September Retreat is our larger kick-off retreat that will take place at Camp T-Bar M in New Braunfels. Students will engage in hands-on leadership workshops, participate on a ropes course/team building session and will make lasting connections while enjoying nature and the beautiful retreat space. Students attending the retreats should plan on also participating in the Bobcats LEAD pathways program to receive their leadership certificate.
With limited space this event requires students to apply. Application closes on September 14 at 11:59 PM.
