Application Process

  • Applications are due Sunday, October 31st by 11:59pm
  • Once your application is submitted, Panhellenic President, Abriana Campana, will respond to you with an excel sheet for you to sign up for an interview time. There will be multiple half-hour interviews throughout the day on November 8th. If this date absolutely does not work for you, please contact the Panhellenic President via email at panhellenic@txstate.edu to coordinate an interview time.

Your rankings will be thoughtfully considered during the slating process, and we take great care in ensuring the best fit for the board as a whole.
    • View the Panhellenic Bylaws for the position descriptions.
  • On November 9th at 5:00pm the Panhellenic Slate will be presented at the Panhellenic Council meeting.
    • Be prepared to give a speech (if challenged at the slate), no more than five minutes, as to why you are qualified and should be chosen for the position you are running for.
    • If this time doesn’t work with your class schedule the Panhellenic President, Abriana Campana, will read your speech for you.
